Shipping Policy

At iDesignHub, we source and import all our products directly from Europe to ensure 100% authenticity and premium quality.

Processing and Delivery Time: Since our items are imported from Europe specifically for your order, please allow a standard delivery timeframe of 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order confirmation.

Order Tracking: Once your order arrives in Egypt and is handed over to our local courier, we will contact you to arrange the final delivery. You will have the opportunity to review the product via Live Video Inspection (Google Meet) before the final dispatch.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
